Covering a broad spectrum of subjects such as leadership skills, communication, time management, work-life balance, career progression, and personal growth, executive coaching aims to bolster an individual's performance and efficacy in the workplace. The ultimate objective is to empower individuals to realize their full potential. This process is characterised by confidentiality and a non-judgmental focus on leveraging strengths while addressing weaknesses.

My personal experience with executive coaching began when I assumed the role of a founder. It played a pivotal role not only in shaping a successful business and fostering a positive team culture but also in defining my roles as a husband and father.

I am the executive coach for Universal Music, Abbey Road Studios, Sony as well as a number of high growth tech and creative businesses.
